1. General Provisions

77ba is an online gaming platform that provides entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. By using this website you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Your access to and use of the 77ba platform is governed by these terms and conditions, our privacy policy and our responsible gaming policy. Together these three documents form the complete legal agreement between you and 77ba.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register on and play on the 77ba platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old — this platform is for people aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a person who is voluntarily using this service.
• You must operate the account on your own behalf — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Your account must never have been permanently closed by 77ba.
• You must not have voluntarily placed yourself on a self-exclusion list.

77ba may at any time request identity documents or other paperwork for age verification. Some account features may be temporarily suspended until age verification is complete. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Creating an Account

Each person may create only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, those accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.

3.2 Login Credential Security

Keep your username and password completely confidential. You should not share this information with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification

77ba may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. This process may involve verifying your identity document, proof of address and payment method details. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in withdrawals being placed on hold.

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are available for depositing on the 77ba platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact us via live chat or email.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. A withdrawal request normally takes 5 to 30 minutes to process. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be approved until the wagering requirements attached to any bonus have been met.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.
• 77ba reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if fraud is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 77ba platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77ba offers new players a welcome bonus: a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳37,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing your welcome bonus you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in wagers must be placed before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• A user may claim a promotion only once.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or the same household / IP address will result in forfeiture.
• 77ba reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses are valid for a set period; once that period expires the bonus is cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

77ba offers regular players three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold: weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

Players can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. VIP benefits are provided at 77ba's discretion and are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 77ba platform are governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time the bet is placed. Once a bet has been confirmed it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is uncertain or incomplete due to a technical error or system outage, 77ba reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Any unusual winnings resulting from an error will not be considered valid.

6.3 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules set by the game provider. Players are advised to read the specific rules of each game before playing.

6.4 Sports Betting

All terms relating to sports betting markets will be governed by the rules displayed on the 77ba platform. Bet settlements will be made only after the result has been confirmed.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Account Closure

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ba platform:

• Any attempt at fraud, deception or exploitation of the system
• Use of unauthorized software, bots or automation tools
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit the bonus system
• Providing false or misleading information
• Collusion with or gaining an unfair advantage over other players
• Misconduct or harassment toward 77ba staff

7.2 Account Suspension or Closure

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, 77ba may suspend or permanently close the account and seize the associated balance without prior notice. In such cases 77ba's decision will be considered final.

9. Limitation of Liability

77ba accepts no responsibility in the following circumstances:

• If loss occurs due to a problem with your device or software
• If there is a delay or error caused by a third-party payment provider

If a game result is affected for technical reasons, 77ba will attempt to void the relevant bet and return the stake, but is under no obligation to pay compensation.
